I’m Verena Lake, a copywriter and messaging strategist who helps founders and CEOs turn their voice into value, their stories into strategy, and their words into wealth. I left Dominica in 2019 to pursue an engineering degree in the U.S., only to find myself navigating culture shock, high living costs, and the uncomfortable shift from independence to financial uncertainty. When the pandemic hit, like many others, I searched for ways to make money online and stumbled into a world I never knew I was built for.

I used to think I was “just good at writing” but what I really had was a gift for empathy, clarity, and connection. As I watched brands rely on robotic “shop now” messages that lacked heart (especially during a time the world needed compassion), I knew there had to be a better way. Today, through my agency, I help purpose-driven CEOs transform their messaging into a scalable, cash-generating asset. Built on authenticity, trust, and a whole lot of heart.
